- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and ad campaigns
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
- Measure & report performance of all DM campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
- Instrument conversion points and optimizing user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and email
- Demonstrable experience managing social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences
- Demonstrable experience in devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of Google analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Take ownership of reported customer issues and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles

- 1 to 2 years of technical support experience with good knowledge of the web hosting field
- Proven working corporate in enterprise technical support
- Advanced knowledge of most popular software (e.g. WordPress, vBulletin, etc.) and its issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
- Dependable for being at work during assigned shifts and completing work as expected
